First time to pilates tonight in years. REALLY wanted to do great big trumps!!! I managed to do most of it too which suprised me. Think my tummy is going to hurt tomorrow though.
Really enjoyed it. As well as being hard it's nice and stretchy and relaxing with the lights dimmed. Quite a nice thing to do on a friday night to relax after a trying week.
Hopefully a chart of my excellent weight loss and subsequent emergence as a babe. Reality it will probably be me making a series of cake based excuses as to why I am still heavy!

Well off to a great start aren't i.....................
Missed body balance. Have two poorly kids and was just knackard after WW. Ended up with chinese for tea as well. Brill. Crap day.
But not going to let this put me off for the rest of the week. No more day ones.

I was on Biggest loser!!
Pt session was so much fun today! In a horrific ouchy kind of way. We started on the spin bike which I HATE so that bit wasn't great. But then we went into the room where they do the classes. It was empty and she had set up questions on laminated cards and placed them round the room. Beside them were pieces of equipment like medicine balls or dumbells. I had to do an exercise for 1 minute while she asked me a question. If I got it right I could move onto the next exercise and if I got it wrong I had to do another minute.The questions were food related which is why it felt like I was on the biggest loser! Thankfully my trainer is NOT as horrible as Jillian!!
Was fun! And horrible in equal measure.
Felt really good after it though. My fitness levels are appalling though so I need to do lots more interval training to get that back up. My gym sessions are to be a mixture of normal cardio and the flat out stuff to lift my fitness. Here goes!

No more day ones
Well after a naughty 2 weeks of holiday and many many Easter eggs I went to Bootcamp today. Ouchy!!!! After it I sat down with my PT and we went through a gym plan for the next two weeks. So plan is
Wed 18th - PT session
Thur 19th - Body balance class
Fri 20th - Pilates
Sat 21st - off
Sun 22nd - Gym session
Mon 23rd - Gym session
Tue 24th - Body combat class
Wed 25th - off (or aquacise if I fancy it)
Thu 26th - Body balance
Fri 27th - Pilates
Sat 28th - off
Sun 29th - Bootcamp followed by PT after.
Phew. Sounds a lot but I really want to give it a go so need to get my finger out. We had a whole conversation about how difficult it is to start again after going off the wagon. We chatted about how one blip ruins the whole week as I find it difficult to stop eating crap and get back into decent food. Said we had to make a pact. NO MORE DAY ONE'S. I agreed.
