Well after a naughty 2 weeks of holiday and many many Easter eggs I went to Bootcamp today. Ouchy!!!! After it I sat down with my PT and we went through a gym plan for the next two weeks. So plan is
Wed 18th - PT session
Thur 19th - Body balance class
Fri 20th - Pilates
Sat 21st - off
Sun 22nd - Gym session
Mon 23rd - Gym session
Tue 24th - Body combat class
Wed 25th - off (or aquacise if I fancy it)
Thu 26th - Body balance
Fri 27th - Pilates
Sat 28th - off
Sun 29th - Bootcamp followed by PT after.
Phew. Sounds a lot but I really want to give it a go so need to get my finger out. We had a whole conversation about how difficult it is to start again after going off the wagon. We chatted about how one blip ruins the whole week as I find it difficult to stop eating crap and get back into decent food. Said we had to make a pact. NO MORE DAY ONE'S. I agreed.
