My half way point

Unsurprisingly I weigh the same as I did when I started.

Really cross with myself. Really am. I had a good PT session today though and worked really hard. And we have decided that I will weigh in every week from now on since I need to keep a check on stuff. My PT would like me to stop eating bread, spuds and rice and eat lots of fruit/veg/protein with cereal for brekkie. Will be a HUGE wrench not to eat bread - what the hell am I going to have at work for lunch?? Nightmare.

I have my weekly challenges

1 - DO a body balance class
2 - Interval training on bike/treadmill/crosstrainer
3 - Abs workout

She also wants me to do some daily stretches as my calves and hamstrings are really tight.

So tomorrow it begins!!
