Good day/bad day!

Great exercise day today. Went to the gym for over an hour. I did the 6 walk/runs and i thought I was going to die again. Then I did a 3 min 6Kph walk and then ran another 2 x 1min runs at 9kph!! Really pushed myself to do them and I didn't want to AT all. Felt good (and dead) when I had done them. I then did a weights circuit but it was a bit busy so I felt a bit uncomfortable. So I did 10 mins on the bike instead. I then met up with the kids/James and we went swimming.

BUT I still can't stop eating. It hasn't helped that it's the TOM which every month means I just want to hoover up all the food in the whole world.
