I was on Biggest loser!!

Pt session was so much fun today! In a horrific ouchy kind of way. We started on the spin bike which I HATE so that bit wasn't great. But then we went into the room where they do the classes. It was empty and she had set up questions on laminated cards and placed them round the room. Beside them were pieces of equipment like medicine balls or dumbells. I had to do an exercise for 1 minute while she asked me a question. If I got it right I could move onto the next exercise and if I got it wrong I had to do another minute.The questions were food related which is why it felt like I was on the biggest loser! Thankfully my trainer is NOT as horrible as Jillian!!

Was fun! And horrible in equal measure.

Felt really good after it though. My fitness levels are appalling though so I need to do lots more interval training to get that back up. My gym sessions are to be a mixture of normal cardio and the flat out stuff to lift my fitness. Here goes!
