Unsurprisingly I weigh the same as I did when I started.
Really cross with myself. Really am. I had a good PT session today though and worked really hard. And we have decided that I will weigh in every week from now on since I need to keep a check on stuff. My PT would like me to stop eating bread, spuds and rice and eat lots of fruit/veg/protein with cereal for brekkie. Will be a HUGE wrench not to eat bread - what the hell am I going to have at work for lunch?? Nightmare.
I have my weekly challenges
1 - DO a body balance class
2 - Interval training on bike/treadmill/crosstrainer
3 - Abs workout
She also wants me to do some daily stretches as my calves and hamstrings are really tight.
So tomorrow it begins!!
Hopefully a chart of my excellent weight loss and subsequent emergence as a babe. Reality it will probably be me making a series of cake based excuses as to why I am still heavy!

Good day/bad day!
Great exercise day today. Went to the gym for over an hour. I did the 6 walk/runs and i thought I was going to die again. Then I did a 3 min 6Kph walk and then ran another 2 x 1min runs at 9kph!! Really pushed myself to do them and I didn't want to AT all. Felt good (and dead) when I had done them. I then did a weights circuit but it was a bit busy so I felt a bit uncomfortable. So I did 10 mins on the bike instead. I then met up with the kids/James and we went swimming.
BUT I still can't stop eating. It hasn't helped that it's the TOM which every month means I just want to hoover up all the food in the whole world.

Hurrah!
Managed a quick 45 mins in the gym today. I was crap though. Managed 6 of the walk 1 min/run 1min. Walking at 6Kph and running at 9Kph. Thought I was going to die after 6 times though.
Did 1 set of my weights circuit then I had to go home as I ran out of time.

Back to PT
OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH
Did PT today and it chuffing killed. I am EXTREMELY unfit having done basically nothing since I had mumps. Need to get my eating in gear as at the moment I can't stop eating.

Must do better
Been to docs this morning as I am incredibly run down with everything that's been going on. I have coldsores all over my face and the doctor has given me some pills. They are basically zovirax in a pill form but stronger so hopefully they will start to do something soon. I WAS considering going to the gym tonight but am exhausted and have decided not to push quite yet. There is a Bootcamp session tomorrow at 4:30pm and I am going to aim for that one.
Am now a member of WW online (through Quidco - it was £32 with £30 cashback!!) so I can start to use Tracker. I definitely eat too much if I don't write it down!!

Well and truly off the rails
OOPS.
After yesterday's gym fun I have gone completely off the rails. Had all you can eat chinese last night (and I ate A LOT). Pint and half of lager as well. Then today I had bacon sarnie for brekkie. No lunch (i forgot) then MASSIVE tea. Roast beef, creamy cheesy leeks, carrots, peas, yorkshire pudding, gravy, creamy mash yum yum yum.
FOLLOWED by school dinners puddings. Chocolate concrete with PROPER pink custard and cornflake tart with custard.
THEN I have eaten 7 Thorntons continentals. And am currently drinking a glass of red.
Oh dear. I do feel quite depressed today - the whole of the area between my nose and mouth is filled with coldsores and it KILLS.
I know I will be depressed that I ate so much tomorrow. I am back on WW with a vengeance in the morning.

Very Disappointed.
Tried to go to bootcamp today. First real venture out of the house as well. I was in there less than 5 mins. I started a gentle warm up run and i could feel my face moving up and down - like the swollen part was jigging. It hurt. I stretched my face right out to stop it doing it but it was painful. Then I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. My face had started swelling up :(
I was gutted. I stopped and the PTs came over and said yes it is you need to stop because your blood pumping is making it swell again. She advised light bike but not to let my heartrate go over 130bmp. So I did that. 20 mins on bike at low intensity and kept heartrate between 120-140. After 20 minutes though I started to feel hot and could feel it swelling up again.
Really fed up. I also can feel 2 coldsores coming so I must have been more run down than I thought.
Sigh. Dr did say it would be 2 weeks before my face was normal but I hadn't thought that I might not be able to do stuff once quarantine was up. I was so concentrating on getting out of the house and back to it I never considered I may not be able.
Depressed. Oh well. Am out tonight too at all you can eat chinese for James' birthday. Looking forward to it but its REALLY bad for the diet!!
