Well this has stalled a little as I have mumps :( I actually feel alright in myself so far but I am contagious so I can't go to the gym until at least Wednesday/Thursday. I also look absolutely ridiculous. My face looks like Monica from Friends when she wears the fatsuit. Or when Drop Dead Fred gets his face shut in the fridge door.
Its rather sore at the moment but if I am OK on Monday I will try and do some exercise at home.
