Been to gym to do my challenges today at 3:30pm When I got there I had forgotten my bloody training plan. I could remember that I had to do 2000m in less than 12 mins and to try to beat previous time but I couldn’t remember the long list of things on the run/walk list. So rather than do nothing I went on the treadmill and did last weeks challenge of walk 1min/run1 min for 20 mins that I didn’t manage to complete last week. Then I went on the rowing machine and managed to do the 2000m in 10:46mins this time! A full 36 seconds faster than the first time. Arms are KILLING me. So are my hands actually. I think I need to take my rings off next time.
Got a text about when next weeks bootcamps are. Monday 6:45am, Tuesday 7:30am, Wednesday 2pm and Saturday 1pm. I can make Tue and Sat no problem and possibly even wednesday with a bit of jiggery pokery with picking the kids up as I don't think Xander will be able to go to swimming lessons after his ear operation. Not sure how doing 3 bootcamps will impact on my gym challenges though? I guess will find out tomorrow night!
