Longer than anticipated :-(

Well been to GP this morning.  They are confused as to why I have mumps.  Not only have I been immunised against it but I already had it in October 1981!  You aren't supposed to be able to get it more than once.  Trust me eh?  GP has taken some blood to confirm diagnosis and for now I am in quarantine for at least this whole week.

I have let the personal trainers know.  I feel really really bad about the fact I must have been contagious when I had my PT session on Thursday.  I really hope this doesn't set me back too far because I really felt like I was getting somewhere finally.  Can't do anything all week though can't exercise or anything.  Can't even leave the house.
