Week 3 training session

Worked HARD tonight but you know what - I think I recovered a lot quicker!  We did 5 mins fast rowing on rowing machine to warm up then I did 20 mins on treadmill running at 10kph for 30s then walking at 6kph for 60s.  Thought I was going to die when it got to 10 mins.  I never usually run at 10kph - usually I run at 8 or 8.5 so it was quite a step up.  Then we did a weights circuit with shoulder presses/seated rows and all manor of tortuous things.  Then a whole raft of abs work.  Tired wasn't the word.

Anyway I got my challenges for this week which are:
1 - Treadmill run 30s at 10kph/walk 60s at 6kph for 20 mins
2 - Ab workout 3 times
3 - At least one class (in addition to bootcamp).  Preferably body balance.

The body balance is in there as I have no balance whatsoever.  I can lift whatever she asks me too but when it comes to standing on one leg or owt off centre I am a wobble merchant.  Hopefully this will help!

Then I ruined it all by going out for a meal directly after and stuffing my face silly.  I stuck to water to drink though because I didn't want coke as I need to sleep well tonight and I couldn't drink as I was driving.  Oh well.  Least the meal was after when I was still hopefully burning cals off!
