Week one - first PT session

Well that was embarrassing.  If you have ever watched Biggest Loser where they do their first work out and they are all sick – that was me!  Thankfully my trainers are a fair bit nicer than Bob/Jillian and didn’t just hold a bucket under me on the treadmill and say suck it up and carry on!  They very nicely got me a lucozade and let me sit down.  To be fair Jade had told me not to eat for 2 hours before as I was having the MOT tests.  When I got there I didn’t have the tests and got straight into the work out.  My appointment was 11am and I didn’t get up till 9:30am, which left me too late to have breakfast so I was really weak!  Still rubbish though.  How am I going to last 12 weeks of this?? 

I was given my weekly gym challenges to complete which this week are:
1 – Viper circuit
2 – Kettle bell session
3 – 10km bike ride
4 – Treadmill 15-20 mins walk 1min/run 1 min

I was also given an eating plan that is all common sense.  It’s difficult to follow when at work though as it’s all protein and no bread etc.  I think I shall stick to weightwatchers as I know it works and I know I can stick to it.
